Do not consider moving here or dealing with this bunch! They don't care about the residents.... just themselves and their pockets. One of the big hot button issues right now amongst the residents is the association is in bed with Affordable Towing - one of the sleaziest, most hated towing companies in Hampton Roads. They drive up and down in the community with their lights OFF and "steal" the resident's cars without warning, and demand $145 from them, just to get their car back! This just happened to us... our car is in the shop getting repaired so we got a loaner car. Because we "didn't put a decal in the window" of this loaner, the next morning it was gone... despite the fact it was in OUR DESIGNATED NUMBERED SPOT, and was OUR vehicle! Any association that gets in bed with such a disgusting towing company like that deserves to lose business and get exposed! I will make sure everyone knows about the filthy secrets of Tarleton Oaks and recommend they look elsewhere to live!

Would not recommend living here at all . I've had my vehicle predatory towed from here after living here for a year 4 times and broken into once . Horrible place to live, horrible problems everywhere
