It took well over 51 days to get an ordinary small headstone in place. We were told it would be done in time for the funeral which was within 2 weeks. Not only did the 2 weeks pass but 7 more weeks passed after that. When we showed up for the funeral and there was no headstone we asked why and the reply was because they had rain. My cousin said it hadn't been raining. When we called several weeks later, on day 51 after the funeral, their reply on the phone to us was, "we have 9 more days of the 60 day agreement to get it in place". No empathy, no apology, no regard, feeling or any degree of respect was given or even implied. People drove hours, people flew in from L.A., North Carolina, etc. All greeted by a hole in the ground with no grave marker.

Decide for yourself if this is how you would like your loved one's funeral arrangements to go. No remorse, no regard, no respect, and no human kindness or dignity or care. Being grossly misled and misinformed and cold hearted Indifference is what we were shown. Regrettably we never had any idea that we would all be treated this way.
