They have a horrible mice infestation; stored items there for only 6 months and when I went to get it out many items damaged and covered in mouse urine and poop. No one said there was a problem or that we were responsible for mouse abatement. Until we discussed with the owner (Debbie) she refused to compensate us and denied that there was a problem. Even though she did say it was out responsibility to get rid of them. Ruined over $275 worth of items not including the time to clean everything. bad customer service; we asked for a very reasonable amount and it seemed to me that this wasn't the first time they had this issue.
