This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received anywhere!

The first day I took my daughters in to purchase a fun hair color. The sales lady was irritated that I existed and motioned the direction for me to go. When I had trouble finding the bleach product that the dye suggested, the lady again angrily pointed in the direction I should go.

I bleached my daughter's hair. I colored it. It didn't work. I put the color on again and let it sit for an hour. It hardly took.

The next day I called and asked if I could get money back, as I did not care for a store credit because I didn't want any more chemicals in their hair (not to mention I didn't want to go in that store again). The lady on the phone said I didn't do it right (yeah, she accused me of this without discussion or seeing anything). Then she said the manager would have to see my girls.

I took my daughters in. The manager AND the sales lady were so rude, abrupt touching my daughter's hair, spoke to me while speaking to anyone else around. First she said I didn't bleach it. I told HER that the directions said the bleach kit directions said it would turn it dark yellow, and then to add the color. She still kept yelling out that I did not do it right.

Finally she gave me the money back for the color but not for the bleach. She yelled out, "You did not do ze work", a phrase that we now use in fun around my house.

There was zero customer service. If she had just been nice I would have considered a store credit, or felt ok about only half of the money back. (On a personal note this was hard-earned fun money my girls had for their track out from school....and I feel horrible that they threw it away at this store).

I am not as upset that the product didn't work as I am that they accused me of lying, not knowing what I was doing, and they were SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!
