Came in for oil change and decided to rotate tires on advice from Neal. When rotating the tires they found a nail but the tire was able to be repaired and I was very relieved that it was fixed....

We camein for an oil change on my Dakota I purchased ,and was pleased with the price and the service I received

First oil change on my new Jeep. Serviced while I waited. Was not a long wait. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, courteous.

I was greeted promptly when I entered the service area and was directed to the end of the service bay where I was met by Bob. We reviewed what I needed for service and decided that I could wait for the work to be done.

Workers were friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. First time at the dealership but I will definitely be back.

Just an oil change and changed a battery in a key fob. Went well. Everyone very helpful.

We came in for our first routine oil change on our new Grand Cherokee and when we left a mistake was made with a gasket that caused an oil leak spraying oil all over and out the exhaust. Upon returning, the staff immediately diagnosed the problem, Judy came over took responsibility, made us feel at ease, explained the problem and the process for the resolution.

Judy treated us with respect, got us a rental at their cost, fixed the problem and had the car detailed cleaning up all the oil spill mess. Anyone could have handled the situation but this person genuinely cared that we received a high level of customer service. This is what execute excellence looks like to me. Thank you we will be back and will be customers for life.

I stopped in for an oil change and also needed the warranty check for the life time power train on my 2009 van. It just went over 100,000 miles.

This was by far the easiest and best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Sherry, Reyna and Chris were so nice and a great team. :) I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future and will refer people to them also!

I have prepaid oil change plan and came in for a routine oil change on President's Day, 2/17/14. Neal Martindale wrote up my service order and was super NICE. First time ever in a service bay and they checked all my bulbs, lights, brights, blinkers, reverse and brakes. I was IMPRESSED! THANK YOU!

Very Professional and efficient and it didn't take long at all to get oil change and a dome light fixed.

Everything was good, Except for the fact that they were unable to wash my car, which I had not done because I had an appointment at the dealership for the recall and I thought they would wash it like they always have before!

Always pleasant experience. Service reps checking you in are always friendly..........

I work for the UAW and after my day @ around 2pm 7/26/13 I got into my Grand Cherokee started the vehicle and the info center told me I had a rear signal out so I went to your dealer and they had me in and out in roughly 30 minutes. Exceptional on a Friday at that! Thanks and will return.

As always Sonny greeted me, pleasantly by name,at the entrance with my paperwork, Jim Brewer processed the paperwork and in an hour my car was fixed to my complete satisfaction as promised.

Had some body work done due to accident and then had some service work done. Ken called me several times to keep me informed of the work being done.
