Have been to this store twice. Both times they messed up shipments. The clerks did not have tne necessary knowledge to adequately mail my international shipments. I had to look up the necessary customs information and call them with it causing a 2 day delay in shipment. I stated I wanted to express ship a letter to Turkey and they sent it regular Fedex delivery. I could of sent it through the USPS for significantly less money if I wanted regular delivery. The clerks are lacking in customer service skills and are rude.
