We are the first and only licensed Medical Marijuana Evaluation Facility in the State of Rhode Island to sign for patients to enter the medical marijuana program. B & B Medical Marijuana Evaluation Center was founded in 2012 by a team of Rhode Island patient advocates and became licensed in 2014 by the Rhode Island Department of Health as an Organized Ambulatory Care Facility. Dr. Thomas Rocco is the center's Medical Director.
