For 4 months I have attempted to buy an advertised cellphone from this store for 4 monyhs. In March I spent 2 hours in the sore and could not get customer assistance. The customers who came in after me and were waited on were of a different race. I am severely handicrapped and in much too much pain to stand or walk, but my insurance has refused to provide the electric wheel chair I was promised 11 years ago, Yesterday, June 13, 2010, I spent all day on the phone trying to reach anyone, but no one answered the phone. i finally reached a woman at 8Pm tonight, but she said the company has now raised the price $5. I had 3 choice words for her. This company has committed the following Federal Crimes of Fraud, Wire Fraud, deceptive Trade Practices plus violated my Federal Civil Rights and The Federal Americans With Disabilities Act(ADA). The people who live and work in Washington, DC are the dumbest, most evil and most racist form of life that has ever existed in the history of the Universe.
