Provided by YP.comI have tried this place a number of times- I love Papa John's pizza- but the service at this shop is just awful.
My pizza is often cold, the order incorrect, and this most recent time, i got an order of breadsticks that was very burnt on one side. Even worse, they were all turned over in the box, so the burnt side was down, so I wouldn't notice!
The manager refused to process the refund, as it 'took too much time', and hung up on me twice. They did offer to send a replacement, but in another hour! The manager refused to identify himself, or his store number.
Very sad.
