Totally agree with Jennifer K comments. For 10 years this gracious and professional couple have cleaned all types of clothes/bed coverings for us with consistently perfect results and for the expected cost. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them highly and will continue to give them all of our business. (From comments I've heard while in their business, many other customers would agree with my review). MSch

it is hard to believe the 2 other reviews left here. I've been going to this cleaners for years and had various types of clothing cleaned including expensive dresses and a lot of mens shirts and they have always come back perfectly. I know other people in the neighborhood that go to this cleaners and are all very happy as well because the service and people are also very warm and honest

AVOID this cleaners at all costs!!! My fiance dropped off work clothes that I usually clean myself... The woman quoted him a maximum of $35-$45, then, days later upon going to pick up his order, they charged him $86. Yes.... $86.00. He was not going to pay it... We even called the cops to try to get it taken care of... But if you live in Washington you know how idiotic these cops are. =) long story short cop ended up taking their side because we did not have any written estimate.... We went home very very dissatisfied and not only at the cleaners but moreso at the law enforcement of thus town. We literally got robbed blind by these cleaners and the law enforcement of this town not only did nothing to help us, but he actually sided with the robbers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I had several shirts come back with stains that were not there previously. I also got back a shirt with a huge tear in the sleeve that absolutely was not there. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and would not even offer any form of compensation for my loss. Do yourself a favor and use another cleaners. I will never go back! All they had to do was to offer even some modest compensation for my loss and all would be forgiven but now they lose a loyal customer and probably cost them a lot more than what the shirt was worth. Horrible business decision in my opinion. As someone who worked in a family business for a long time, if you take care of your customers they will take care of you. Obviously they neglected to heed this warning.
