Dr. Plowey is very nice, but the staff at the office is horrific! The ladies that work at the desk, answer the phones, etc. are rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. They have made significant mistakes and take zero accountability. They are always unorganized and run HOURS late! Dr. Plowey really needs to find a new staff. I won't be going there any longer, I would rather be in pain than suffer through dealings with them!

I have never felt so disrespected and blown off. The nursing staff is rude and insulting. When questioned about what they were doing,what the plan was...I was told I was being disrespectful. No sympathy at all. I walked out of the office insulted, embarrassed and still in pain. As someone in the medical field I know my experiences should have been much better. Won't be returning back.
