Do yourself a favor, run from Mediacom !! They should be called Media Con . Have had nothing but trouble with service outages and customer service. Called one day because Internet service went out they said they didnt see any issues in the area and would send somebody out the next week!? Called back and somebody else said, oh, yeah we just had an outage there ??
