I brought 2 expensive Bachrach 100% wool dress pens in order to alter them and increase the waiste size. The employee took my measurements. She did a very poor job to the point that one of dress pens is completely ruined (I really get heaches when I think about it), while, I have to take the other to Chicago for repair.Do not go to Varsity because they will charge you money and ruin your clothes

This company has no sense of responsibility. I had a new $200 sweater that had a small spot on it. I wore it once. I send it in to be dry cleaned, and not only did they wash it, but the color was dingy white, button missing, a least a size smaller, basically ruined. They will do nothing about it. So I do not recommend them even in an emergency
