We've been taking our vehicles to this shop for many years. Their work is outstanding, the prices are always VERY reasonable and I've lost count of all the times they've gone WAY out of their way to be extra helpful to us, everything from giving us one of their own vehicles for a loaner to managing to work our vehicle into an already full schedule....and they've done that for us on more than one occasion. (Thank you, Saqib!!) They're fast, thorough and professional but no matter how crazy-busy the place is, they're always polite and friendly. We don't even bother calling around for quotes. Any time we need something, we call this Car-X right away. They're a really great bunch of guys who do excellent work.

I had a wonderful experience. Very professional. They figured out my problem and gave me a call RIGHT away. I had my car done with in two days. They were VERY fair with their pricing as well! I highly recommend their services!

First let me say hello, I am the manager Tim. I recall your car and the problems we ran into. I don't find this review fair in my eyes.I would ask you research the problems with the car and re-comment. the amount of problems in the car and the quality of the work prior did nothing but slow us down. I can assure you, I did every thing in my power to make it right. If I am wrong, please point it out. I took care of the problem the best i could and sorry i could not call every time i test another part on the car. In the end we fixed the issue and you your self knew there was a lot of other issues.

They had our car for two days, said it was fixed. Picked it up and it broke down a mile a way! Towed it back there, they still haven't figured it out four days later! Didn't they go to school to learn this stuff? They never call we always have to call. They always say they don't know yet and say they will call us in an hour. They don't, we have to call back three hours later. They act like we are bothering them when we call. I wish we could pick it up and bring it somewhere else!!! NEVER go here!!!!
