Horrible company, they start towing before the time on the signs say and they take pictures to supposedly back them up but they make no correlation, then they'll charge you extra money saying your car is all wheel drive when it isn't just so they can charge you an extra $100 if you don't have an all wheel drive. First time we cought then doing it they took the car down from the truck, this time we couldn't catch them but it wasn't time yet and my car was gone!

This place is a fu cki ng joke they towed my car in the process of towing they broke my support from my muffler so now it's just hanging and they managed to get a screw in my tire I know it was them bc of the placement of the screw

F.cki.ng people driving around parking lots to tow residents property like truck and van vehicle was parked in visitor parking which was ok by management and waukegan police and these mf say that they give a 24 hr notice of towing the truck which is bs and they say they have pictures of notice and the truck was working yesterday there was no notice bull again and drivers put sticker before they tow it to make them innecent and make a picture before towing with sticker I was working for similar towing company and I know exactly how it works don't give me bull.!!!!!!! $
