What began as an owner/operator Carpet and Upholstery cleaning company grew into a business that provides excellent customer service in the original offering of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning as well as Mold Remediation, Water Damage and Sewer Damage. We provide honest, fair prices in all of these areas, while still striving for exceptional service. Our Tech's receive ongoing training so that the latest developments in our industry are available to satisfy the unique demands of each and every job. We may be bigger than we were in 1978, but our values, honesty, integrity and commitment are the same.

We have utilized Nelson Clean Care's services many times over the past 10 years. We really appreciate their courteous staff and their unwavering commitment to doing a fabulous job! We have never been disappointed when they have cleaned our carpets and furniture. Those pesky stains and general mark ups from a home busy with children ALL the time (we run an in-home daycare) haven't stood a chance against their teams and equipment!

We will always recommend them to friends, family, past employers and perfect strangers when a carpet or furniture cleaning or water damage and mold remediation need is shared.

Nelson Clean Care began in 1978 as Nelson Steamway, primarily a Carpet and Upholstery cleaning company. As the needs of our customers expanded, the name was changed to encompass all the different areas of service offered. Fire & Smoke damage, Water damage and Sewer damage were added as our Tech's gained knowledge and Certification. In the early 1990's the Fire & Smoke damage service was dissolved and Mold Remediation was added as a service. Continual education, high quality workmanship and sincere customer service have remained the focus of Nelson Clean Care.
