Our family went to him for a living trust for our father and we paid $1530 for a trust that turned out to be empty of assets except for the house, but putting the deed to the house in the trust's name has gotten us in dutch with the bank that holds the mortgage. It looks like to get the mortgage put into this unfunded trusts' name will require us to sell the house back to ourselves and pay all the taxes and fees that go with that. It would be impossible to add up the estate fees and everything that this bogus trust has cost us -- it's still delivering new gut punches as we get deeper into this financial mess. Caveat emptor warns this family of rubes who feel completely "taken".
