Had windows installed by Window Concepts, they wrecked our brand new drywall, they put their tools in our flower bed, spit their gum on our stairs, left nails and chunks of wood on the floor. Also, we were supposed to be on a no interest promotion, and we are being charged interest. I do not recommend this company at all! They promised to include window wrapping on the large windows that were to be ordered at a later date and they did not do that either. The sales man said whatever he had to say to get the sale. The windows themselves are not even that great. All noise and breeze comes through.
