Provided by YP.comWe left a payment in the drop box, and someone in the Vive office threw it away, saying they don't use the dropbox. So I had to repay to keep TV and internet. This company is run by idiots.

Provided by YP.comThe worst service, no tech support, no one knows who you can contact to file a complaint. The price we pay we should have someone to share the problems with and get a response as if they care about the company. It is so bad the owners don't even claim it. 900 channels really!!!!! it can take hours to find a decent show or one that is in your plan because the entire 900 channels are on the menu and it is a game of hunt and seek to watch. I HATE IT !!!!

Provided by YPmobileTry to log in to my account, can't do it. Try to call to pay my bill, stay on hold for ever. Pay my bill, get shut off a week later. They say it was in collection. Then the prove it had been payed but still, they want a reconnect fee plus a months payment. The biggest joke in cable/Internet I have experienced.

Provided by YPmobileI have had constant problems ever since Vyve took over Mediastream. The internet goes out randomly for anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. I am on the phone with tech support once a week, at least.

Provided by YPmobileTrying to adapt to the transition of Vyve!!! Its not going so good, thinking of finding a new network. Seem like its a down grade from mediastream
