I purchased a vintage Howard Miller floor clock designed by George Nelson. Rare clock without much information or parts available. It was missing a suspension spring AND a minute hand. The hands are difficult to impossible to find. He didn't have the exact hand but gave me a similar hand and nut for free so I could get it running. Great service for only $5 + shipping. Thanks!

RATING = 0Don't ever let Clocks Unlimited have your clocks - you'll never see them again! Bud Huelsberg took my father's antique mantel clock to be cleaned and to repair the hinge back when he lived in Virginia before moving to Wayland, MI - that was 6 yrs. ago in Jan. 2010, and I STILL don't have the clock! Every time I call, Bud tells me he'll be coming back to Virginia and bringing the clock, then he comes up with an excuse why he didn't come. Today, 4/27/10, I called all his numbers, and they've either been disconnected or turned off. This is a terrible way to run a business!!!! Bud also told me he had quite a few other clocks belonging to people here in Virginia. Apparently, he's nothing but a thief. Your Better Business Bureau told me they can't do anything, nor do they care. This doesn't encourage people to move to or visit Wayland.Clocks Unlimited is so bad, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The other review on this site is 4 yrs. old - way out of date.

I live in Kentucky and the Clocks Unlimited staff helped me replace some numbers my local clock repair man lost from the face of my clock. Thank you so much for your fast service.
