Granite state telephone is the worst company I have dealt with. They charge premium prices for inadequate services. They have not upgraded their services in nearly 10 years, and claim that their prices have not increased in that timeframe, where every other provider in the market place has increased there services 10 fold and cut their prices in half. Granite state telephone prays on consumers that do not have a choice since granite state tel has the market locked. I was under impression that the monopolies were gone, but here is one alive and living well off the backs of the public.
