I am writing to let you know about the awful experience I just had with Freedom RV from Wenatchee. There motto on their website is “You Don't Need to Bring A Thing/You don't need to bring everything and the kitchen sink.” Actually, you do! I had Freedom RV deliver and hook up an RV in Chelan. NOTHING was in the RV - no towels, no sheets, no pans, no dishes, etc. Literally nothing. The mattress was a piece of plyboard and cheap foam. When the power went out in the RV I called Mike. Mike took hours to respond and threatened me on the phone and in writing that he was going to charge me $125 per hour for calling him after hours, even when I explained the situation. He insisted it was the RV parks fault. In fact, it wasn't. We had the power line tested and it was a $3 fuse in the RV that blew out which we went and bought the next day when the stores were open. Plus, it was 100 degrees and no AC.

I would NEVER rent from Mike at Freedom RV again. It was the worst experience. AWFUL!
