Listed as NEW, received scratched up board with plastic wrap partially removed. Sales and shipping department had to have known. Customer service Jenn issued return shipping label while ending the mail with "thank you". NO APOLOGIES, NONE! Would've settled for a price adjustment and apology for 3 or 4 star review, but neither seem to be available. Beware, ignorant, unethical, untrustworthy seller.
