I became an advanced practice provider to be able to combine the art and science of nursing with advanced practice skills to improve access to care and patient outcomes. My patient care philosophy is based on both a holistic and patient-centered approach. I enjoy curating a meaningful and therapeutic relationship with my patients. I strive to empower and to encourage patients to be active participants in their healthcare. My clinical interests are nephrology, cardiology, diabetes, and hepatitis C treatment. When I am not at work, I enjoy hiking, swimming, reading, and visiting my family.
