The staff at Precision Kia of Wesley Chapel FL are always extremely helpful and honest. Kia is a great car and I owned a total of five. Three of my cars were purchased from Precision Kia. Never felt pressured into buying a car in which I didnt want. Lets face it, if I didnt like Precision Kia do you think I would have returned? Their service department is pleasantly fast and friendly. Both Sonia and Marc were fantastic with my questions even well after purchasing two cars months after each other. Thank you Precision Kia and staff for always being there.

The entire staff at precision Kia were genuine and helpful. They were never pushy and always helpful. I made it clear i was unsure of what to purchase in the beginning of my process and no one ever made me feel like i had to buy a Kia. The staff was knowledgeable and worked with me. Every time I stopped in i felt like family. I worked with Dan, Sonia and Christina and all 3 remembered personal things about me. It was a difficult purchase for me as I was trading in my mother's car. She recently passed. Everyone was so compassionate. I met the entire management team, Travis, Chris and the GM Richard. All valued my business, my time and me personally. As a manager in customer service it was so pleasant to buy a car from a dealership that gets what customer service is all about. When I went car shopping I was extremely nervous. I did a lot of research online and was just completely overwhelmed. I narrowed down my search to two makes, Hyundai and Kia for their warranty. After I was ready, I went into Precision Kia after searching Kia on google. I was greeted by a female salesperson named Sonia. She made my process so easy and understandable. I was in and out with my new Optima in about 2 hours! I couldn't be happier with my decision to go there!!! Sonia Toulouse you are truly a sweetheart and would suggest anyone to go see her, she's just so delightful!
