Took my 2011 Tundra truck in for an oil change a few months ago. Normally I don't go under the truck but yesterday I did and discovered the skid plate was missing, a part that is bolted in 4 places and hinged. For some reason the Goodyear service tech removed the skid plate ( doesn't need to be removed it is on hinges). The tech must not have been very well trained as he also saw no reason to put it back on. This is a $350 part. I have gone back to this store and basically they said the tech no longer works there and they will not stand by the poor quality of their technicians. I will not be going back there and will make sure that everyone I know also is aware of their poor service.
