Dan Marc is dishonest and manipulative. Dan Marc came out to evaluate an issue with my oven and quoted me $400+ which I agreed to for total labor + parts + fees. They came back to install the part once it arrived and then discovered, oh actually we'll need another part, which miraculously they happened to have on hand in their truck. How lucky. This additional part brought my total to over $700. None of the original cost was refundable because the labor had already been completed before they realized oh, we need an additional part that's sitting in our truck. If I'd known my total would be so high, I would've just replaced the oven.
