Provided by YP.comI've been a long-time customer of this store and have bought several pairs of glasses there. Recently one of the frames separated from the lens and I took it in to the store to see if they could repair it. A sales associate looked at it and said there was no way it could be repaired. He didn't take it back to a technician to check, just said there was no way and that was that.
It looked to me like a fairly simple repair so the two days later I stopped in at a non-chain store close to my home. They repaired it in 15 minutes and didn't charge me for it.
I called the general manager of the Lens Crafters store the next day, explained what had happened and told her this is how stores lose long-time customers.
