I'd been a patient for more than 10 years and when office moved farther west my address was somehow mixed with another patient's and I received no bills except those addressed to that person. I returned call in February to give office my "new address" (Parkway's words) and then received a bill with finance charges from August 2013 and indicating a bill had been sent to me every month since August - untrue! I paid bill and finance charges but wrote a note expressing my concern that the charges were unfairly assessed since I had not received a bill. The response was to receive about two weeks later another bill that contained only finance charges which were those accruing for time since the bill that I actually received and paid and the payment was received by them. How petty! It took my husband having to go into office for them to credit my account for all finance charges. Then office had nerve to write insincere note with refund - you have a "nice day" harassing someone else.
