If I could give them a 1/2 star I would. By far the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been in. It was a weekly occurrence of me having to address issues that went on. Over feeding my daughter after I had went in on numerous occasions and said not to give her more then 4oz. The director of the daycare is NEVER and I do stress NEVER there. The kids roam the halls by themselves. They scream at the kids. Lost my children's files of personal information. Just an overall horrible daycare outside of maybe 2 employees. If you care about the wellbeing of you child(ren) at all, this is NOT the place to send them. I feel horrible that I put my kids through 3mos of their care thinking and hoping it would get better.

My son loves Step by Step. If I have ever have concerns the staff listens to me fully and then addresses them. Communication is key.

I love Step by Step! My daughter has been going there since she was 2 months old and she about to be 4 she loves it there! She is so smart and happy and have Step by Step and the teachers to thank for most of that! I wouldn't want my daughter to be anywhere else! I would highly recommend step by step to my friends and family!

I have not had a bad experience with step by step child care and preschool. My son has been at the center since he was 6 weeks and I have never had a problem with anything. My son is now 3. I also have a 8 month and he has also been there since he was 6 weeks and no problems. The teachers and the director is wonderful and I would not take my kids no where else. They love all the teachers. I recommend step by step child care and preschool.

The teachers and associates in this school are often heard yelling (literally at the top of their lungs) at the children. I have overheard on MULTIPLE occasions a teacher using profanity in the presence of the children. (!!!!!!!) And in another instance, I overheard a teacher telling a parent (who did not speak or understand English very well) that they had to "pop" their child because the child ran off during a field trip. OUTRAGEOUS! I could not find another provider fast enough! The owner Shawna is just as bad. Please do not send your children to this place! This is all truth, thankfully my children were a bit older and know when someone is being disrespectful, but those poor toddlers have it bad.....they can't tell, or they will forget.
