Horrible customer service (served with a side of attitude). Brought my phone in to get repaired took them OVER a week and they didn't even call me when it was done. Had it for two days with a case on it, it literally dropped from my bed to the carpet and it spiderwebbed. And it landed on the back. So I remembered I was given a warranty when I went in to talk to the guy he cut me off mid sentence and told me it's not covered. So then I called to speak to the manager and he was even more of a jerk! He told me the attitude was not necessary when I didn't have one. If I could give a lower rating, I would
