Unbelievably awful. Unprofessional management blatantly ripping college students off with the security deposit. For reference, I am a perfectionist and cleaned the entire two-story townhouse according to the detailed checklist we were given and expected under $100 to be deducted from the deposit. They kept over $400 of our deposit without giving a valid reason after 3 letters written back and forth on the subject and they refused my request to meet in person to settle the dispute. Maintenance was slow to fix problems throughout the lease sometimes requiring 3 phone calls to send someone out to fix things like the lock on the back door, dish washer, etc. Maintenance took short cuts in fixing things when they broke down from old age. For example, some piece in the tank of the toilet rusted off causing the water to run for 6 hours when no one was home, flooding the entire first level which was half carpet. They merely sucked out as much water as they could with a vacuum, ripped up the carpet in the corner, and stuck a fan under it to dry it out. They sent a cleaning company out to attempt to clean the carpet and remove the stale toilet water stench when clearly it should have been replaced in the first place.
