I have had my business insurance with Cascade Summit Insurance for about 10 yrs. I usually deal with Dee Brown who is quite courteous and soft spoken. The rates are good, but so is the service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do NOT recommend this company. Their employee Dee Brown was very rude and hangs up on me. Spoke to the Vice President, Jay Schrader and he didn't apologize for his employee's action. Very disappointed that I gave them my business for years! Safe your money and find a different insurance agent. I did and I saved over $1600 a year!
