We heard of Chimcare through word of mouth and decided to give them a try. We called them about cleaning our woodstove and they were able to work around our schedule and squeeze us in right away. More than that though, they took the time and were very thorough- AND they paid special attention to making sure that there wasn't a mess afterwords...which I REALLY appreciated! I can't say enough good things about this company- they were thorough, clean, and took the extra time to really do a good job on our woodstove. I will definitely be recommending their services to all of my family and friends!

Inviting a stranger into your home is very unsettling, although necessary at times. I was a little aprehensive, being a single woman with small children. When the Chimcare guy showed up I felt relieved. This man was very clean, polite, and professional. The job was to the least said, thorough. Imagining my chimney cleaned I conjoured up notions of a messy job filled with soot and who knows what. I was suprised. Chimcare was very clean and left me without any annoying housecleaning tasks when the job was finished. I had my chimney cleaned a couple years ago and the man was in and out. No time spent whatsoever. Chimcare's cleaning process seemed to take much longer. Although after speaking with the Chimney guy I understood it takes some time to actually have a thorough cleaning. I felt as though I got my moneys worth. This next spring I am planning on having my air ducts cleaned next by Chimcare. I would definitley refer all of my friends, family and co-workers.
