I've eaten there (take out) a few times in the last 6 months and here are my thoughts.



1. Meat is insanely lean (no fat and gristle blended in to make it go further).



2. You get a ton of meat on the sandwiches or plates.



3. Fries are fat, well-cooked and plenty.



4. Beans taste great.



5. The price is actually lower than what you would expect for the amount of food you get. Huge sandwich, fries and beans PLUS a large drink for under $9?



Whoever Vance B. is must be reviewing a different place because nothing in his review matches my experience recently. Maybe 7 or 8 years ago it was different. Not sure.



I give this particular place 5 stars (although the floor is always sticky from the grease and smoke of the cooking so they could stand to mop that a LITTLE more often).

Absolutely the worse BBQ I have ever eaten! We went at lunch, tried to order ribs and were told they wouldn't be ready until 4-5:00. Ordered a pork plate. The pork was finely minced, dry and with no flavor. No smoke taste whatsoever. My wife ordered a pork sandwich, got the same meat with the same reaction. The "plate" had about a sandwich amount of meat, very small. The beans are out of a can. Didn't satisfy my BBQ craving at all. No wonder they only had about 5 customers for lunch!

The food is to die for and the service is wonderful, although they recently opened for business, we were travelling through Tennessee to go west to california, we had been driving all day and were very hungry! I got the idea to look up a Bar B Que place in West Memphis, we found Razorbacks Bar B Que, and found it easily on our trip with their driving instructions. Unfortunately, we got there just as they had closed for the night. The young lady unlocked the door, I told her we were dreaming about her food for hours, and could they please take one more customer for the night. Her manager agreed, and it was simply the best flavored, fall off the bone Ribs i've ever had, Thank you all at Razorback for a great dining experience. My wife and I give them 5 stars, and certainally recommend you give them a try, Sincerely Hungry in California.....
