Sound on the Run is a terrible audio contractor. Spoke to Claude on the phone and all he kept telling me was that he has been "in the business since 1974". I didn't care about how long he was in the business for, but apparently that was all he was concerned about. When I asked about some specifics such as speaker brands and setup designs, he asked me "why does it matter?". He proceeded to rudely tell me that every other sound company and DJ company did not know what they were talking about. He spoke to me as if he knew everything. Well, that's not the way to convince a customer to give them business. Do you want someone courteous, helpful, and professional? Well, DO NOT CHOOSE Sound on the Run. You will be paying for a nightmare.
