We called at 715 they said 15min. My husband told them that we need a larger car we have 5 ppl, 5 pieces of luggage taxi was 10 min late and it was a caravan. When the lady opened the back,the seat was stained all black. My son heard her on the phone say I see a very large lady coming. WTH is that how rude & unprofessional. Only 3 pieces of luggage fit in back, when I asked about the rest, she stated, the front seat. Now where the heck are we all going to sit? My mom and daughter took the middle seat, my husband, my son, myself squeezed in the back. Thankfully we're not big. I get in the roof inside of the car is falling down and dirty, there's a stain above the middle seat and above my husband the roof is resting on his head gross glad he had a hat on. She had no meter and wanted money up front, it was 170 for 45 min. We didn't have time to call for another taxi we would've missed our flight. THIS company should be ashamed this TAXI was dirty and very unprofessional. DONT USE
