Very disappointed and unhappy with the West Palm Beach office off of Military and Okeechobee across from LA Fitness...my mother has been in and out of the office for 7, May will make 8, months for a partial in the front of her mouth. That's ridiculous!!! The temporary partial has broken while waiting for the permanent that has been sent back multiple times!!! The last time she went in for her permanent it was supposedly delivered broken!!! So now, since both the temp and permanent are broken, she will have to get another temp and wait for another permanent which may not fit because the new temp -- they glued her old temp at the last appointment and told her not to eat for 30 minutes and it broke again!!! That was the straw that broke the camels back!!!! For the past week I have been watching my mom starve herself, eating bread and applesauce sandwiches because she can no longer eat solid foods!!!! She is so hungry but won't eat anything else because of this broken temporary partial!!! IT'S BEEN IN THERE TOO LONG! IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THIS PROCESS ISN'T SUPPOSED TO TAKE ALMOST 8 MONTHS OR MORE!!! You think that they would notice and try to expedite the permanent partial. I don't want them to rush but this is unacceptable!!! It's very hard to see my mother go through this, her life has been put on hold because of it!!! Today I will get details of appointment dates, times, and reasons for the appointments and when she should be finished and if there are any more problems I will contact their corporate gods or whomever else I need to in order to get this fixed!!!!!
