In 1986, Dr. Jeff Klein, a California dermatologist, presented his remarkable breakthrough in liposuction. He had developed a new technique in fat removal that was totally safe and easy for his patients. His new TUMESCENT LIPOSUCTION eliminated the need for general anesthesia or intravenous sedation.
