St. Joseph s Retirement Community is a Catholic, nonprofit, licensed assisted living facility that offers a range of services. It includes more than 70 private apartments in various styles that are equipped with a lifeline emergency call system for safety purposes. The facility offers a range of services, such as weekly housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and transportation. Its staff members provide assistance with medications, grooming and dressing, as well as other personal care services. In addition, the facility provides long-term care services. It also has an adult day center that offers care services for adults with mild to moderate confusion, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, Parkinson's disease and other related disorders. The community also organizes a range of activities, including reminiscing, exercises, games, arts and crafts and movie outings. It is a Medicaid waiver-certified facility and is located in West Point, Neb.
