The lady that is old with black hair a nose ring as dark as leather needs to get updated with what is rules and what actually goes on in that place. 6/16/16. First time she has ever been seen in that place. Get a clue.

I have been a customer of Darker Image for over 10 years and I LOVE this place!!!! The tanning beds are amazing and I have never seen a cleaner salon in my life!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and they have the absolute best prices around. The owner is AWESOME and always changes the bulbs so no matter when I go, I always leave with a tan! I recommend Darker Image to everyone and everyone I know who goes there loves this salon! I will never ever go elsewhere because Darker Image is fantastic!!! You will not be disappointed here!!!!!! Do not waste your money - I paid for two weeks of unlimited tanning in their so called upgraded beds....one day was closed due to weather and the other was thanksgiving - I asked if due to these circumstances if they could extend to me one more session - the answer was a flat out no we don't do that(from the owner)! I told them there was another tanning salon in Westfield that gives great customer service and that I wouldn't ever be back - they didn't care. On top of lousy customer service they don't change their bulbs like they are supposed to. Please don't waste your money on poor customer service and a lousy salon!

I went tanning here and it was filthy. The booth was not cleaned before I got into it and the owner was as rude and nasty as they come. These people (even the receptionists) will harrass you online or via phone if you complain about the salon. This was hands down the worst experience of my life and I got ring worm from the tanning booth. A good tan shouldn't come at such a disgusting, pathetic, nightmare of a cost. Thanks for a skin fungus Darker Image! If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would in a heart beat and I do not like bashing small businesses but I have no choice here.

I will never take my momey to this place again. The manager was a stuck up snob, verbally abusing her staff member right in front of the cusotmers , i felt bad for the girl. Also very rude to me while at the desk. didnt warm me about how new the bulbs were and i got burnt pretty badly. Youd expect more from the owner to warm about the risks of the bulbs to every customer that walks in, they know the beds the best.

I would never step foot in this establishment again! The staff and the managment is very unprofessional! The people working at the desk are very young and cut off my sentences along with consistanly rolling there eyes when I spoke. I don't know if it was from lack of knowledge of there products or what! The management was as disrespectful to myself as the staff she employed. I actually seen her go at a customer that was being disrespected by her staff without even questioning the staff. This place is poorly run and I would rather take my business to a place that had better customer service and was more concerned about the costomers then there attitude complexes!

Unless your 20 years old and are friends with the receptionist you most likely wait longer then you need to because your appoinment comes second to personl friends!
