Founded in 1972, Jen-Coat is a provider of value-added properties to consumer flexible packaging, industrial and medical packaging products. The company achieves these properties through extrusion, coating, laminating, metalizing and printing processes. These processes provide custom-engineered solutions with such performance characteristics as moisture vapor resistance, grease resistance, heat retention and other barrier properties. It serves the paper, non-woven, foil, and film flexible packaging converting industry. Jen-Coat s production and inventory facility is comprised of two buildings that total approximately 400,000 square feet. It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. Jen-Coat employs approximately 200 people and maintains a location in Westfield, Mass.
