Steven was awesome in everything he, & his team did…from arriving on time, to removing the old windows, to installing the new ones…to quickly cleaning up! They did it all in such a short period of time! Couldn’t ask for a better team to work with! I would highly recommend using Window Expo for your window replacement needs!

Our new bathroom looks wonderful! Joe was our installer and he was awesome. He installed our glass block window with ease and made sure everything was sealed on the inside and outside of the house. We were questioning going with the glass block window, but we are glad we did!

They were professional, quick and Donnie and Mason were friendly and asked questions to make sure they do the job correct in timely manner. Overall will recommend to neighbor.

The Installers, Donnie and Mason, were so prompt and very professional. They completed the install in record time. Also, cleaned all surrounding areas of the job, hauling away all debris! Ryan was professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable as well. Would recommend this company to anyone!

I recently had a new front door and storm door installed by window expo. They were very efficient and carried through the job from beginning and end right on time and delivered exactly what I ordered. We recently had 13 windows in our home replaced by Window Expo and I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. Sean came to our house and did a great job explaining all the facts, pricing and choices that we had for replacements. He made the choice very easy for us. We got several emails updating us along the way which was helpful to know that things were still on track for installation. The day of the install, Donnie and Mason did a wonderful job. They were quick, very personable and worked like a well oiled machine. I truly couldn't believe how fast things came together. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the windows and the entire process.

I had to make a couple windows smaller as part of a kitchen remodel and I had a hard time finding a window company that would also handle reframing the windows, so I was very happy Windows Expo would handle that for me and I didn’t also have to pay for a separate contractor. For including that work in the price, I thought it was fair given the smaller job. Steven and the installation team were so quick and did a great job, especially with having to deal with a weird wall in an older home. The only downside was that they don’t do any siding so we had to find someone else to finish up that part of the job.

We got 3 new bay windows installed. We started off with Joey the salesman, he was great and very knowledgeable about what he was selling. Joe was our installer and we couldn’t have had a better one, the gentleman was outstanding at his job, from the removal to the install to the cleanup everything was perfect! I would highly recommend window expo for any window install, super easy and friendly, just the people you want to do business with, thank you window expo for the great service

Window Expo just concluded our replacement windows Westlake Oh. It was a first class project from start to finish. The sales person Will did a wonderful job explaining our options, making suggestions and reviewing our existing windows. Delivery was as promised and installation was great. Virtually no added truncheons up is required, they look great and the installers Donnie and Mason were very helpful in all stages. Everything we expected was delivered. Highly recommend! There are a million window choices and we made a good decision

From Ryan in marketing, to Will in sales, and on to Mason and Donnie in installation, each one was 100% professional, courteous, and friendly. Installation was flawless and the guys did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The windows are top quality and we look forward to a more energy efficient home!

We had five windows and three storm doors replaced by Window Expo. They were installed by Mason, Donnie and Kelsie who did an amazing job. They didn't mind us looking over their shoulder and answered each and every question we had - they were a pleasure to be in our home and they did a fantastic job cleaning up. Joey (Project Manager) brought out samples to our home. He was easy to work with and answered every question we had by email or phone promptly. Paul (who measured the windows) was also pleasant to deal with. All in all, we would recommend Window Expo to anyone looking for windows and storm doors.

I had a new patio door installed and a new side door! Jack wise was my salesman he was awesome! Mason and Donnie were my installers they were awesome I will definitely use them in the future they went above and beyond what I ever expected!!

Our project manager was very knowledgeable about everything which we greatly appreciated! Our installers were awesome and you could tell that they really enjoy what they do! The final products are high quality and provide a visual impact for curb appeal. We also enjoy the ability to open & close them, as well as the warmth they provide in the winter!! Thus year we added two storm doors and are just as happy with these as we are with the windows. The door installer was very knowledgeable and conscientious. We were very satisfied again!
