Our project manager was very knowledgeable about everything which we greatly appreciated! Our installers were awesome and you could tell that they really enjoy what they do! The final products are high quality and provide a visual impact for curb appeal. We also enjoy the ability to open & close them, as well as the warmth they provide in the winter!! Thus year we added two storm doors and are just as happy with these as we are with the windows. The door installer was very knowledgeable and conscientious. We were very satisfied again!

We chose Window Expo to install our new replacement windows over other window companies due to the quality of their product and the ease of working with them to plan and ex cute the process. We were given some locations to view for the quality of their work and received encouraging comments from satisfied customers. Our windows were installed by the team of Mason, Donnie, and Kelsie who did exceptional work and kept us informed of what was being done and answered any questions we had during the process. The team completed the process in an efficient and professional manner, cleaning up several times during and after each day’s activities. The end result was an impressive upgrade to our century home. Our thanks to Joey, our project manager, and to Joe, the Project Manager, who followed up and insured that all was completed to our satisfaction.

Ryan did a great job matching my door to the window that was installed. He made the process very easy. Donnie and Mason used tarps and drop cloths with no clean up for me! My patio door was installed in 2023 and is still as good as the day it was installed. Thank you to the entire Westlake team. I always enjoy stopping by the showroom!

Steven and his crew were awesome. And our initial appointment with Paul he explained all options well. Work was done on time, cleaned up well better than expected. Use them! You will not be disappointed. We have an older home in Rocky River and had all windows replaced. I can now open our windows. So great.
