At first we were super excited to have moved into Links at Legacy Ridge! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Maintenance and repair tickets were handled quickly by a friendly handy guy on call. The property is beautiful and the inside of the apartments were updated well. Soon though our lower neighbors began to complain over our toddler moving about our apartment. We started obsessing over having silent steps from ourselves and our older child, but a little tike just can't adjust their gait well enough to go unheard through the super thin floors. It escalated to our lower neighbors banging loudly on their ceiling and filing noise complaints against our toddler walking around, even though the little one is only awake between the hours of 8am and 7pm and takes a 3 hour nap daily out of those 11 hours! REALLY DISAPPOINTED that we are getting grief over our toddler walking in the apartment they placed us in. In their defense, they have requested the neighbors not to bang on their ceiling anymore, and for that I'm thankful. No one likes feeling terrorized while stuck in a lease for just having a little one living and breathing and walking around.

I just bought a house after living at The Links for nearly 4 years. The entire time that I lived there my expectations were always met, and then some. I loved the entire staff. Every person is the office always knew my name, even if I didn't know hers or his. And every person that ever worked maintenance except for one was always really professional and helpful. I could not have asked for a better place to live. It is only 15 minutes from my job downtown and only about 25 minutes from Boulder where I like to go to shows and restaurants. It always felt like I lived in a neighborhood because of all of the houses that are around the property. There were a lot of trails that I loved to walk on with my dogs, and those I will probably miss the most. The golf course trail is the best. And there is a pond close by that my dogs loved to swim in. If I could have bought my apartment I would have.
