After our Gallagher-installed pool had been completed we felt we wanted to express our sincere appreciation to Randy and his entire staff for a job well done. In particular we would like to commend your service manager, Dan, for his management of this project and his support during the entire process.Our initial contact with Gallagher Pools had a bit of a rocky start: due to some misunderstandings, we contacted the owner for assistance. Dan quickly came to our home to apologize and explained the services that Gallagher had to offer. He immediately put us at ease and we decided to use Gallagher for our pool. During the entire installation process, Dan was always available and helpful with every aspect of the project. Any questions that we had were quickly answered in a prompt and professional manner. We had Gallagher Pools install an inground vinyl liner pool in the spring of 2008. Dan and Debbie were wonderful to work with and really made me feel like part of the "Gallagher family". They were very honest, helpful and patient with some difficult decisions regarding the design and layout of our pool. Dan went above and beyond expectation working with the subcontractors I hired for the pool deck and retaining wall. Although I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. After meeting with several pool companies, we decided to go with Gallagher Pools because of the effort put forth by Dan in our decision making process.
