I have had the great opportunity to work with Amit Arava in individual therapy and can prove to the progress in my overall happiness (spiritually, passionately and psychologically). Through the individual experience, I am living a better quality of life. I can truly show that the growth I achieved through sharing my full range of thoughts and feelings in the safe environment has extended into my life experience, enabling me to share courteously, fairly, and thoughtfully experiences of my life. I have changed a lot as now I am less nervous, and I am able to handle life trials and daily living in a more considerate, moderate, and affluent way. I find that circumstances which used to terrify, rage or confuse me are not undefeatable issues anymore. Most importantly, my personal consent has grown and continues to grow stronger each day which allows uprightness and love to flow back to me.
