I just filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. It is completely false advertising and misleading to tell someone they will receive a TRIAL when they then send you 2 full bottles (trial size right?! NO) and make you think you will only have to pay $3.47 for shipping and handling but what a surprise when you get their invoice for $80 and Oh by the way, they are going to charge your bank account on a regular basis too! . If your product is as great as you say it is, then you don't have to put your hooks into people's bank accounts. If the product is any good and actually works you can be guaranteed consumers will come back for more. It is sad and disturbing that customers are being taken advantage of and they can get away with it. But of course its the consumer's fault because they didn't read the fine print, the fine print that goes on and on all the while they have a flashing sign that says trials are limited and you only have 5 minutes to get this great deal, but wait then they also have a woman on the website talking to you. All these are gimmicks to distract you from even reading the fine print. Like I said, if the product were any good, they wouldn't need to use these traps and gimmicks!

Where are the rights for consumers here?!?!

This number doesn't work.

This company is nothing short of scam artists. I ordered and agreed to pay for the shipping of only a sample supply of their product! It took 3 weeks to arrive, and then before I even had a chance to try it, they ship me a larger supply with an invoice that they would be billing my account for unless I returned it by a certain time! They only give you less that a week to return it, but hears the best part, you can't return it unless you have a MAGIC NUMBER (called an RA number) that they must issue you! Now the fun part starts, you try to call the company and are put on hold for hours if you are willing to wait that long, it is automated so you never get to talk to a real person. Then I finally found the orginal website, and emailed them asking for the number, stating I want to cancel everything and not to charge me for anything I didn't order. The website states I would receive a response in 24 hours. SIX DAYS later, after a second more threatening email asking for the RA number, I finally got a response. Just long enough for it to be impossible to return it by the date before I would be billed! Isn't that ironic and convenient for them. I did get through to someone late at night on the phone the night before the date they would bill me and guess what, THERE WAS NO WAY THEY COULD STOP THE CHARGE FROM GOING THROUGH! Then I asked to talk to a manager, who could talk to me, probably because they were too busy with some other irate customer they cheated, the "Customer Service" representative (I use the phrase loosely) agreed to give me the manager email so he could track my return and credit my account with in 5 to 7 business day of receiving the stuff back. Right when she was going to give it to me, the phone went dead, again, short of a miracle, I highly doubt that was an accident, so I immediately called back, and I'm sure you guessed it before I can type it, THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE EVENING, BUT I COULD CALL BACK TOMORROW DURING THEIR REGULARLY SCHEDULED HOURS. Yeah, I get to do this for another day and get no where. HERE IT IS PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED, SCAMMED, AND LIED TO, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not believe the promises this company will try to tell you. All they want is your money and refuse to refund it stating every excuse they have to cover themselves despite the fact you have valid reasons for not wanting to use their product and the reasons for cancellation. They owe me $49.95 and refuse to respond to my requests via e-mail and phone. This company is nothing but a scam and should be put out of business for their business tactics.
