I was looking for an aggressive lawyer but also someone who would talk to me and pay attention to my case.; I was recommended to Mr. McGrath by a nurse of all people who had heard good things about him through the years she had worked for this orthopaedic doctor. Anyway, he was very active in pursuing my case. He kept me informed and well prepared at all steps of the case. I knew what to expect and he explained the "whys" to me. The case was settled to my great satisfaction within a time period that was shorter than I expected. He's a great communicator and certainly knows his medicine. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking fair compensation for injuries they have suffered through the fault of someone else.
