I actually checked the Coverstar.com site to see if they are authorized, and they are. In fact, my experience with this company has been wonderful. I first used them back in the early 90's, and I recently used them again. I am also very pleased that the founder Bruce Thompson has returned to the company. He evidently did an employee-finance deal back in 2004, but that went south. He said the only thing he was able to recover was the telephone numbers, but he is happy to be back providing the same professional service as before. I highly recommend using this company, and no one else.
